- 2 slices soft or dry bread crumbs (2 c.)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place bread cubes in lightly greased 1-quart casserole.

3Sprinkle with raisins.

4Combine eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, vanilla and milk; beat well.

5Pour over bread cubes.

6Set casserole in baking pan in about 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

7Serve warm.
