Ingredients
- 3 c. whole milk
- 1 loaf bread
- 2 c. raisins
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, break bread into small pieces.

2Add raisins, sugar, milk and cinnamon.

3Mix well until texture becomes a batter.

4(Can add more milk if necessary.)

5Add vanilla flavoring.

6Melt 1 stick margarine in a large square pan.

7Pour margarine into mixture.

8Mix well.

9Pour batter into pan.

10Bake at 375° for about 1 1/2 hours or until bread pudding is a golden brown.

11Serve.
