  • 8 to 10 day-old biscuits
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • enough whole milk to thin mixture

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, adding enough whole milk to make mixture have the consistency of cake batter.

    Bake at 350° until done in the center and golden brown on top.
