- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Directions

1Beat the cream with an electric mixer on high speed in a large cold mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.

2The colder the bowl, the better and faster the cream will thicken.

3Add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and beat again until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks.
