- 1 lb. loaf finely cubed French bread or 12 slices white bread
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 qt. whole milk
- 1 c. raisins, plumped in bourbon
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients well and pour into a buttered casserole.

2Sprinkle top with raisins which have been plumped in bourbon.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
