  • 4 cups dry bread cubes
  • 2 cups celery, diced into 1/2inch pieces
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 12 cup chicken broth
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sage leaf, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

    Oyster Stuffing-add 2 cups oyster, drained and rinsed.
