- 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, water and sugar with water and flour in a glass jar.

2Cover with a cloth and fasten with a rubber band.

3Keep at room temperature for 5 days.

4It should be foamy and have a yeasty aroma.

5Feed and store in refrigerator.
