  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup

Directions

    Flatten beef in 6-inch patties.

    Place 1/4 cup stuffing mix in each and roll meat around stuffing.

    Place in square casserole pan and cover with can of soup mixed with milk.

    Bake covered at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
