- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. day old bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 Tbsp. thyme, sage or desired seasoning
Directions

1Cook celery and onion in butter for about 10 minutes, until tender.

2Add the cooked vegetables and seasonings to the bread cubes; mix thoroughly.

3If dressing seems dry, add 2 tablespoons water, milk or fish stock to moisten.
