- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery stalks and leaves
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 9 c. soft bread cubes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook onion and celery in butter, stirring often, until onion is tender.

2Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.

3Turn into deep bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients and toss. Stuff turkey just before roasting.

5Makes 9 cups (12 pound turkey).
