  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • pepper
  • 8 c. dry bread cubes
  • 1/4 c. water or broth
  • 3 or 4 boiled eggs, grated

Directions

    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix seasonings together; sprinkle over bread cubes. Add onion, celery and eggs. Add water or broth. Mix well. Bake at 350°.
