- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
- 9 c. soft bread cubes (Wonder fat-free bread)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed sage leaves
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet in 2 tablespoons of liquid Butter Buds, cook and stir onion and celery until onion is tender.

2Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.

3Turn into a deep bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients and toss.

5Bake in the turkey or a casserole dish that has been covered.

6Serves 6 to 8.
