  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • small can chopped green chili peppers
  • 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Roll out bread dough to approximately 12 x 18-inch rectangle. Brown beef and sausage together.

    Drain and remove all fat. Spread over bread and press down.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle onion, pepper and cheese.
  4. 4
    Roll up lengthwise and fold end under.
