- 1 (9 oz) box frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 (8 oz) tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
- None None red pepper curls and ranch dressing, to serve
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 1/2-cup ramekin and place in the center of a greased baking sheet.

2Mix together creamed spinach, artichoke hearts, cheese and breadcrumbs.

3Unroll dough then arrange pieces, alternating directions, around ramekin. Spread filling over dough then lift ends over filling to enclose. Coat with olive oil and bake for 20 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 mins before serving garnished with red pepper. Serve with ranch dressing in ramekin.
