- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh marjoram leaves
- 8 lamb loin chops (2 lb.), 1 inch thick
Directions

1Heat broiler.

2Mix butter and mustard in shallow dish until blended.

3Combine bread crumbs and herbs in separate shallow dish.

4Spray rack of broiler pan with cooking spray.

5Dip chops, 1 at a time, in butter mixture, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop with each ingredient.

6Place on prepared broiler pan.

7Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min.

8on each side or until done (160F).
