  • 1 large pkg. pork chops
  • 2 stacks crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Crush crackers.

    Mix eggs and milk together well.

    Dip chops in egg and milk mixture.

    Press in crackers.

    Dip each pork chop in mixture twice; brown in skillet.

    Place in roasting pan, cover and cook in a 300° oven for about 45 minutes.

    Serve.
