Breaded Pork Chops

  • pork chops (at least 6)
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs

Directions

    Salt and pepper pork chops (to your taste).

    Beat the egg and water until frothy.

    Dip pork chops in water and egg mixture. Roll in or coat with the cracker crumbs.

    Fry at 325° in electric skillet.

    Crisco solid gives the best results.

    Cook until golden brown.

    Drain on paper towel.
