- Cake
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Grease well a bundt cake pan.

3Dust well with flour or cocoa.

4Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan.

5Mix cake ingredients together.

6Pour batter over pecans.

7Bake for 50-60 minutes.

8Be sure you have the glaze hot and ready when cake comes out of the oven as both must be hot.

9Glaze: Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until boiling.

10Boil for 2 minutes.

11No longer.

12Pour glaze around the outside edges of the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

13Let stand for 20 minutes and remove from pan.
