Breaded Pork Chops

  • 1 pkg. pork chops
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.

    Dip pork chops in batter and coat with bread crumbs.

    Place in a slightly oiled skillet.

    Cook for half an hour until golden brown on the outside. Bake in oven at 400° for another 15 minutes, until meat is thoroughly cooked.

    Check on often because of thickness.
