- 2 lb. sirloin tip steaks
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Flatten steaks to 1/2-inch thickness.

2Cut into serving-size pieces; set aside.

3Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl.

5Coat steaks with flour, then dip into egg mixture and coat with crumbs.

6In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook steaks in oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness.

7Yield: 8 servings.
