- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 Tbsp. fat
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Dip veal into egg mixture; then crumbs.

2Brown in hot fat. Pour over milk, mixed with soup, in baking dish.
