  • 2 lb. veal (round)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 6 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Dip veal into egg mixture; then crumbs.

    Brown in hot fat. Pour over milk, mixed with soup, in baking dish.

    Cover; bake in slow oven at 300° for 1 hour.
