  • 2 lb. round steak, pounded down
  • Progresso Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten up
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Pound your venison down very thin, dip in egg mixture then in bread crumbs.

    Fry in a small amount of oil about 3 minutes on each side.
