Breaded Venison Chops

- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 6 chops or 6 venison steaks
Directions

1Beat egg together with water.

2Dip venison chops in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.

3Brown 10 to 15 minutes, on each side.

4Add cream of mushroom soup thinned with 1/2 soup can of water.

5Simmer for 35 minutes or until done.
