- 1 whole Small Zucchini
- 13 cups Dried Onion Flakes
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated Or Shredded)
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 18 teaspoons Ground Pepper
- 1 whole Egg
Directions

1Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices.

2Set aside.

3Place dry ingredients and cheese into a small processor, and blend until it reaches breadcrumb consistency.

4Place into a shallow dish.

5In another dish, whisk the egg.

6Dip the zucchini slices into the egg and then into the breading.

7Place each slice into a hot skillet with some butter or oil.

8Allow to fry for a few minutes on each side, checking after 1 or 2 minutes.

9Do not allow your pan to get too hot or it will burn the cheese (I had mine on medium-high heat and it was perfect for my pan).

10Place on paper towels to absorb some of the oil, and enjoy while hot!
