- 2 container refrigerated breadstick dough
- 1 egg whites
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease large cookie sheet.

2Separate breadstick dough from 1 container into 8 pieces.

3Tie each piece into a knot and place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

4Brush knots with some egg white, then sprinkle with half the poppy seeds.

5Bake knots about 20 minutes until golden.

6Repeat steps 2 and 3 with remaining container of breadstick dough, egg white, and poppy seeds.

7Serve knots warm.

8Or, if not serving right away, cool on wire rack.

9Store in tightly covered container to reheat before serving.
