- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. shortening
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Pour boiling water over shortening and dissolve.

3Add sugar, salt, eggs, flour and add dissolved yeast.

4Mix well in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.

5Roll out dough 1/4-inch thick.

6Cut with biscuit cutter.

7Dip each biscuit into melted butter and stack in Bundt pan.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Break apart.
