Ingredients

  • 12 meatballs or 12 pieces of bacon (BD approved)
  • 12 organic eggs
  • 24 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 6-7 leaves fresh basil
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. organic green pepper (diced)
  • 6-8 organic grape tomatoes
  • Celtic sea salt to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 6 c. black beans (drained and rinsed)

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Place basil, meatballs/bacon, green pepper, onion, grape tomatoes in food processor and chop/dice.

    3. Mix above mixture with eggs, greek yogurt, and black beans.

    4. Place in baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes.
