- 12 meatballs or 12 pieces of bacon (BD approved)
- 12 organic eggs
- 24 oz Greek Yogurt
- 6-7 leaves fresh basil
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. organic green pepper (diced)
- 6-8 organic grape tomatoes
- Celtic sea salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- 6 c. black beans (drained and rinsed)

11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

22. Place basil, meatballs/bacon, green pepper, onion, grape tomatoes in food processor and chop/dice.

33. Mix above mixture with eggs, greek yogurt, and black beans.

44. Place in baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes.
