- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. milk
- 4 slices bread, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Saute sausage and drain well.

2Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.

3In a 9 x 13-inch pan, line casserole with cubed bread squares; sprinkle sausage over bread, then grated cheese over sausage.

4Pour egg mixture over all.

5Refrigerate, covered (foil will do), overnight.

6The next morning, bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

7Casserole will be firm when cooked.

8Cut into squares.
