  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
  • 3 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard together.

    Pour egg mixture over sausage, bread and cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
