Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. crumbled rosemary leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 6 boneless loin lamb chops, trimmed well and cut 1-inch thick

    Combine first 10 ingredients.

    Pour marinade over lamb chops and marinate overnight or 5 to 6 hours in covered bowl in refrigerator.

    Cook slowly over slow burning fire until center is still slightly pink.

    Baste with marinade as often as meat looks dry.
