Grilled Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. crumbled rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 6 boneless loin lamb chops, trimmed well and cut 1-inch thick
Directions

1Combine first 10 ingredients.

2Pour marinade over lamb chops and marinate overnight or 5 to 6 hours in covered bowl in refrigerator.

3Cook slowly over slow burning fire until center is still slightly pink.

4Baste with marinade as often as meat looks dry.
