  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2 slices Bread, Toasted
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Bacon (cooked)
  • 1 leaf Romaine Lettuce, Torn
  • 1 whole Roma Tomato, Sliced
  • 1 whole Avocado, Lightly Smashed

    Make sure you have prepared all of your ingredients ahead of time.

    Cook egg in a skillet with melted butter.

    I went sunny side up, but my wife wanted her eggs scrambled, so cook your egg however you like them.

    To the bottom piece of toast, slather on the mayonnaise.

    Next layer on the bacon, covering the bottom of the toast.

    Add torn lettuce, slices of tomatoes, and top with cooked egg.

    Spread mashed avocado on the top slice of toast before closing sandwich.
