- 200 grams bacon, fried and chopped

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

1Preheat oven to 190C

2Cut the french loaf in half.

3Make 2 cuts in the french loaf about 2 centimetres apart.

4Then remove the centre part

5Mix together all the ingredients.

6Spoon the mixture into the french loaf.

7Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
