  • 1 french loaf
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 200 grams bacon, fried and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

    Preheat oven to 190C

    Cut the french loaf in half.

    Make 2 cuts in the french loaf about 2 centimetres apart.

    Then remove the centre part

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Spoon the mixture into the french loaf.

    Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
