- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 to 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. sharp grated cheese
- day old bread, cubed
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

2Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes. Top with sausage.

3Pour egg mixture over top of sausage.

4Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake the next morning at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with fruit slices and/or coffee cake.
