  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. sharp grated cheese
  • day old bread, cubed

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard.

    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes. Top with sausage.

    Pour egg mixture over top of sausage.

    Top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake the next morning at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with fruit slices and/or coffee cake.
