  • 3 egg whites
  • 14 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • spinach, 1 handful chopped
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 14 cup ground chicken or 14 cup ground turkey browned in olive oil

Directions

    Combine the eggs, salt, pepper, and dillweed, and mix in a bowl.

    Warm olive oil in skillet and add garlic, and onions to warmed skillet to sautee.

    Once golden, add the eggs and scramble to satisfaction.

    After the eggs are scrambled to your satisfaction, add the chopped tomatoes and cooked meat if desired.

    Place in low carb or whole-wheat tortilla.
