Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. hamburger, crumbled, browned and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 6 flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Directions

    Add onion, chilies, olives and taco seasoning to hot browned hamburger in frying pan.

    Stir in beaten eggs and scramble all together until eggs are done.

    Fill each tortilla with meat and egg mixture.

    Top with Cheddar cheese and salsa, if desired.

    Roll up burrito style and serve.
