- 1/2 lb. hamburger, crumbled, browned and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Directions

1Add onion, chilies, olives and taco seasoning to hot browned hamburger in frying pan.

2Stir in beaten eggs and scramble all together until eggs are done.

3Fill each tortilla with meat and egg mixture.

4Top with Cheddar cheese and salsa, if desired.

5Roll up burrito style and serve.
