- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. diced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 pkg. small flour tortilla shells
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Crumble bacon.

2Beat eggs with cheese and milk.

4Fry egg mixture until done.
