- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. water
- chili powder to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 4 to 8 oz. Ortega chilies
- green embossa chili salsa
- 12 corn tortillas
- enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry and drain ground beef.

2Add water, chili powder, garlic salt, chilies and salsa.

3Simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes.

4Heat tortillas in microwave.

5Put 1/12 beef mixture in each and roll. Place seam side down in baking pan, single layer.

6Put enchilada sauce on each one.

7Shred cheese and sprinkle over top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
