- 10 inch burrito, 1 per person
- 1 1/2 eggs per burrito, scrambled and seasoned to taste
- 1 strip bacon or link sausage per burrito, or minced ham
- 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese, shredded, per burrito
- Mild or medium salsa to taste
Directions

1Scramble eggs over a campfire; season to taste.

2Warm burritos in foil over fire (or in microwave if you have electricity).

3Cook or precook bacon, sausage, or ham slices ahead.

4Place eggs, meat, into middle of burrito.

5Add cheese. Add salsa to taste.

6Fold burrito. Serve with fruit and juice.
