- 2 c. shredded raw potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices precooked bacon
- 6 or 8 flour tortillas
- hot sauce
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
Directions

1Spray 12-inch pan with Pam and put shredded potatoes in pan on low heat (covered) to cook.

2When potatoes are almost done, throw eggs in, stirring frequently so the mixture won't stick.

3Crumble bacon on top when the eggs are done.

4Serve on flour tortilla with cheese and hot sauce.
