  • 2 whole Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Salsa

Directions

    Heat flour tortillas in microwave for about 30 seconds.

    In a skillet melt butter over medium-low heat. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and pour into skillet. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle bacon pieces over eggs. Cook eggs, stirring often until set. Pour half of the eggs into each tortilla. Sprinkle each with half of cheese. Spoon salsa over eggs and cheese, roll up the tortillas, burrito style.
