Ingredients

  • 1 can (8) crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Press rolls into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish and seal edges.

    Brown sausage. Drain well. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over rolls. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well.

    Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

    Cut into squares and serve.
