- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 5 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. cheese (mild or sharp)
Directions

1Coat pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.

2Cube bread and place in pan.

3Crumble sausage and brown; drain and place on top of bread.

4Beat the eggs and add milk and salt.

5Pour over sausage. Top with cheese and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until done.
