  • 1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. bread cubes
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain.

    Put in bottom of casserole.

    Place bread crumbs over sausage.

    Beat eggs with milk and salt.

    Pour over sausage.

    Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
