- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. crushed tomatoes
- 1 can Ragu sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Blend the Ricotta with salt, pepper and oregano.

2In separate bowl, mix Ragu and tomatoes.

3Rub chicken with garlic powder and brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons oil, approximately 12 minutes each side.

4Remove and cool.

5Place chicken in baking dish side by side.

6Spoon 1/4 cup seasoned Ricotta mixture and 1/4 cup Ragu and tomato mixture in center of each breast.

7Top each breast with 2 slices of Mozzarella and bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
