- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 9 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 box croutons
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
- 3 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown the sausage; drain.

2Sprinkle croutons in a 9 x 13 glass dish.

3Mix well 2 cups of cheese, eggs, seasonings and 1/2 of the sausage.

4Pour over the croutons.

5Sprinkle with remaining sausage and cheese.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

8Allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes after baking.
