- 2 c. sausage or bacon, cooked and drained
- 1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
- 1 stick butter
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 12 slices bread (crust removed)
- 1 tsp. dry onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Layer bread, meat, cheese and onion.

3Melt butter and pour over all.

4Beat eggs, seasonings and milk.

5Pour over.

6Chill in refrigerator overnight and bake 1 hour at 350°. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
