- 1 lb. sausage
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese (sliced)
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain the sausage.

2Mix well the eggs, sour cream, milk and seasonings.

3Pour over the sliced cheese in a 8 x 10-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle with the cooked sausage.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
