- 1 lb. pork sausage or 1/2 lb. Canadian bacon
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Saute sausage or bacon; drain well.

2Crumble sausage or bacon.

3Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.

4Place bread cubes in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish, then sausage or bacon, then cheese.

5Pour egg mixture over all; refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
