  • 1 lb pork sausage, bulk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk, plus 1 t
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt

    Brown sausage and drain well.

    Put bread cubes in 9x13 greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle sausage over bread.

    Beat eggs; add salt, milk and cheese.

    Pour egg mixture over sausage.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

    Add mushrooms to egg mixture if you like.
