- 1 1/2 lb. pork or turkey sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 pieces white bread
- 6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk (skim)
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage, then put in bottom of 9 x 12-inch glass pan.

2Cut bread into cubes (without crust) and spread over sausage.

3Sprinkle cheese over bread cubes.

4Mix well the eggs and milk.

5Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Place in cold oven.

8Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
